Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. Oversized products (such as targets and hard cases) will incur additional shipping charge.

If you have a UPS account and would like us to ship using it, please contact us before or after placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged at actual freight costs. Please contact us before ordering, or we will reach out after your order is placed to collect the shipping payment before shipment. Orders typically ship via UPS, Speedee Delivery, or USPS.

Return shipping costs are refunded only in the event of an error made by CrossbowExpert.com. All COD shipments sent to CrossbowExpert.com will be refused and returned to the sender.
